TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service.
GENERAL TERMS
- I reserve the right to decline any commission that makes me uncomfortable or is not suitable for my services.
- Please do not send payment before I have reviewed and accepted your commission request.
- Clear and respectful communication is expected throughout the commission process.
NSFW POLICY
- I do not accept NSFW commission requests from minors.
- By requesting NSFW content, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
- I'm not comfortable with drawing certain types of fetish art (e.g feet kink, exaggerated and disproportional body parts).
PAYMENT
- Payments must be made through a PayPal invoice, with USD only.
- Full payment is generally required before work begins.
- A payment plan of 50% upfront and 50% upon completion may be arranged in advance.
- Final files will only be delivered after the full payment and any additional fees have been received.
REFERENCES
- Please provide all relevant information and references before work begins.
- References may include character designs, poses, expressions, clothing, objects, environments, and color palettes.
PROGRESS UPDATES
- You may request progress updates at any time.
- Preview images will be provided during the main stages whenever applicable.
- Previews may be resized, watermarked, or sent at a lower resolution until full payment has been received.
DEADLINES
- I do not usually accept extremely short or urgent deadlines.
- Depending on the complexity of the artwork, personal circumstances, and the speed of client feedback, completion may take from a few days to approximately one month.
- Any specific deadline must be discussed and accepted before payment.
REVISIONS AND ADDITIONAL CHANGES
- Reasonable revisions may be requested during the initial sketch stage.
- The lineart, coloring or painting stages each include up to three revision requests.
- Additional revisions will be charged separately.
REFUNDS
- Cancellations are generally not accepted after payment has been made and work has begun.
- An unjustified chargeback will result in the loss of permission to use any artwork or work-in-progress material provided.
- If I am unable to complete the agreed commission, an appropriate refund will be issued.
- Refunds will not normally be provided if the client changes their mind after work has begun.
DELIVERY
- The completed artwork will be delivered digitally by email as a high-resolution JPEG and PNG files.
- The artwork will only be delivered after all payments and additional fees (if any) have been received.
PERSONAL USAGE RIGHTS
- The commission is intended for personal use only.
- The artwork may be used for profile pictures, wallpapers, personal prints, and non-commercial social media posts.
- When posting the artwork publicly, you must credit me as the original artist, tagging my username.
- You may not claim that you created the artwork.
PROHIBITED USES
The artwork may not be:- Used to train, develop, test, or contribute to AI systems, machine-learning models, datasets, or generative AI tools.
- Used for NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, blockchain products, or tokenized assets.
- Traced, recolored, redrawn, heavily edited, or otherwise modified without my permission.
- Sold, reproduced, distributed, merchandised, advertised with, or used for profit without commercial usage rights.
- Used for illegal, hateful, defamatory, misleading, or harmful purposes.
COPYRIGHT AND ARTIST RIGHTS
- I retain the copyright and authorship of the commissioned artwork.
- Payment grants the agreed usage rights. It does not transfer full copyright ownership.
- I reserve the right to display the artwork in my portfolio, website, social media, commission examples, and promotional materials.
CONFIDENTIATILY
- You can request that the commission remain private. This can be applied to surprise gifts and NSFW art.
- Privacy requests should preferably be made before work begins.
PRICES
Additional fees: 50% of the base price for each addtional character and +10$ for a more detailed background. Simple background comes with no extra cost.The prices have been lowered due to a summer sale promotion!

- Includes a less detailed drawing, with flat colors, black & white or just lineart.
